As a new CID, we are working to grow. In two years, we have increased our revenue by 83% and we are
on track to grow even more in 2019 and 2020.
2018 Accomplishments
MOBILITY
CIDs are successful because we bring partners together to achieve our goals. To date, we have leveraged $7.8M for CID plans and projects.
The CID installed new landscaping at Sugarloaf and I-85.
BEAUTIFICATION
In 2018, the CID added three new sidewalks thanks to our partnership with Gwinnett County.
We installed banners along the Sugarloaf corridor.
COMMUNITY
We installed 10 cameras with license plate readers at
key locations in
the district and are working with the Gwinnett Police Department to determine how to provide the greatest amount of coverage to benefit CID member properties.
