On April 21, the CIDs in Gwinnett County teamed up to co-host the first “Select & Build Gwinnett” event at Eagle Rock Distributing. The event invited brokers and developers to learn about leasing and redevelopment opportunities in the Evermore, Gateway85, Gwinnett Place, Lilburn, and Sugarloaf CIDs.
The event speakers talked about the critical role CIDs play in promoting redevelopment. Speakers included Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson, Gwinnett County Economic Development Director Roman Dakare, Partnership Gwinnett’s Vice President of Economic Development Andrew Carnes, and Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Nick Masino. The event also featured a video showcasing redevelopment opportunities and key sites in each CID.
